The real struggles start with implementation of changes

Designing the best possible solution for a client organization does not produce any added value per se. The real journey and struggles begin once the proposed design is accepted and signed off by the management.

At this point, the focus shifts to a thorough gap assessment, considering identified impacts, risks, costs, and benefits. This assessment is followed by the development of a realistic and achievable action plan.

This marks the true beginning of a journey filled with challenges and opportunities. The implementation phase often unveils complexities that were not apparent during the design stage. Navigating these challenges requires fostering effective communication, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintaining flexibility to adapt to unforeseen changes.
